What your school sees
Administrators see aggregate activation and completion counts for their cohort. They never see a student's answers, disclosures, flagged categories, or readiness results. Counts are shown only for groups of 10 or more students.

Data and security
- Questionnaire answers and disclosure drafts are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2 or higher).
- AI features are powered by Anthropic's Claude. Relevant text is sent to Anthropic's API only to generate a response, and Anthropic does not use it to train models.
- Student data is never sold and never used to train AI models.
- Students can download or permanently delete their data at any time. Deletion from active systems completes within 5 business days; backups are purged within 30 days.

FERPA
BarFit is designed to support schools' FERPA obligations. Schools do not receive education records from BarFit, and each student controls their own data. We're glad to review your school's data protection or student data privacy agreement.
How a pilot works
- We schedule a 20-minute call with your career services or bar prep office.
- Your school shares one access link with students (no IT integration required).
- Students sign up with their own accounts; individual access is complimentary for early-access institutions.
- Each term, we share aggregate activation numbers with you.
